Commercial Electrician
Pay Range: $28.00 - $38.00 per hour, depending on experience, qualifications, and skills.
Outsource is seeking commercial electricians to join a project in Hollywood, California. This role calls for someone with at least 3-5 years of hands-on commercial electrical experience who can work efficiently and safely across a variety of job sites. The ideal candidate is comfortable troubleshooting complex systems and collaborating with project teams to keep installations on schedule.
Job Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial buildings
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical code specifications
- Run conduit, pull wire, and install panels, breakers, and fixtures
- Diagnose electrical issues and perform timely repairs to minimize downtime
- Coordinate with project managers, general contractors, and other trades on job sites
- Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes
- Maintain accurate records of materials used and work performed
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a commercial electrician
- Strong working knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC)
- Proficient in reading blueprints and technical diagrams
- Experience with conduit bending, wire pulling, and panel installation
- Ability to troubleshoot electrical systems and equipment independently
- Comfortable working at heights, in confined spaces, and on ladders or lifts
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to jobsite safety
Compensation and Benefits
- Hourly pay range of $28.00 to $38.00 per hour, depending on experience, qualifications, and project requirements
