Physician / ObGyn / California / Locum Tenens / OBGYN opportunity east of San Diego near Mexicali Job

Large healthcare facility in southern California east of San Diego, north of Mexicali, and south of Palm Springs is looking for an OBGYN to join their group.

• BC/BE OBGYN
• Currently 1 provider in the group but have 7 total that take call and deliver
• Restricted and unrestricted call - you must come into the hospital as there is not a Hospitalist group
• No robotics currently
• Clinic 25-35 patients per day - inpatient depends on volume
• EMR used is Quadramen and Eclinical works - moving to Cerner in April 2024
• J-1 or H1-B visas ok
• Very strong base salary for 2 yrs then strictly WRVU model for all productivity, surgeries, visits, etc
