Job description

We are seeking a Gastroenterologist for a locum tenens opportunity in Tennessee. This is a fully outpatient position with no call responsibilities.

Overview

  • Monday Friday, 7:00 AM 5:00 PM
  • Outpatient GI Clinic & ASC
  • Adult population
  • Outpatient GI evaluations and follow-ups
  • Screening procedures
  • ASC-based procedures
  • Patient consultations and follow-up care
  • Potentially hold one clinic day per week
  • Priority is scheduling outpatient screening procedures at the ASC
  • Real-time or end-of-shift chart completion required
  • EMR: Athena
Requirements
  • Board Certified in Gastroenterology
  • Active Tennessee medical license required or IMLC in hand
  • No additional certifications required
