Internal Medicine Physician (MD/DO)
Compensation: $200,000 $295,000 per year
Job Type: Full-time, MondayFriday, daytime schedule, in-person (outpatient)
We are seeking a full-time, in-person Internal Medicine Physician to join a mission-driven, multidisciplinary outpatient healthcare organization serving a diverse and medically underserved patient population. Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive outpatient internal medicine care to adult patients
- Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
- Deliver preventive care, health screenings, immunizations, and wellness services
- Develop and manage individualized treatment plans and follow-up care
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary clinical teams and coordinate specialty referrals
- Deliver culturally competent care with consideration of social determinants of health
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, care coordination, and population health efforts
- Accurately document patient encounters in the electronic health record (EHR)
- Engage in clinical meetings, care team collaboration, and community health initiatives
Qualifications
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Internal Medicine
- Active state medical license (or ability to obtain)
- Experience in outpatient or community-based care preferred
- Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and team-oriented approach
- Commitment to providing high-quality care to underserved or diverse populations
