Locum Family Medicine / Internal Medicine Physician (MD/DO)
Location: Indiana
Assignment Length: 60 calendar days
Schedule: Onsite (schedule details not specified in the Order)
Practice Setting: Outpatient / primary care focused on continuity of care, health maintenance, and disease prevention.
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate and manage moderately complex to complex health-related problems
Maintain accurate medical histories and medical records
Refer patients to specialists as clinically appropriate
Requirements:
Graduate of an accredited MD or DO program
Active state license meeting Indiana requirements
Board Certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine
5 or more years of clinical or technical experience (per Order)
Patient-facing role; Tuberculosis (TB) screening required if selected (per Order)
Experience: Minimum 2 years required; 5 years preferred
