Practice Highlights - Provide comprehensive orthopedic care including evaluation, treatment, surgery, and follow-up
- Diagnose and manage orthopedic conditions using physical examination, medical history, and advanced imaging including X-ray, MRI, and CT
- Develop individualized surgical and non-surgical treatment plans
- Perform procedures including:
- Joint replacements
- Fracture repairs
- Arthroscopy
- Other orthopedic surgical interventions
- Provide comprehensive pre-operative and post-operative care
- Collaborate with primary care providers, physical therapists, occupational therapists, and rehabilitation specialists
- Participate in rotating on-call coverage
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records and surgical documentation
- Communicate treatment options and care plans effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
- Participate in CME, conferences, workshops, and professional development
- Apply current evidence-based orthopedic practices and emerging surgical techniques
Compensation & Benefits - $300K $360K annual salary

Requirements - MD or DO
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
- If Board Eligible, provide graduation date
- Clean malpractice history
- Active, valid Vermont medical license
- CPR/BLS certification required prior to start
- DEA required prior to start
- NPDB Self-Query Report pulled within 30 days
- Candidates commuting more than 1 hour are not being considered
