Nurse Practitioner MUST be bilingual / Fluent in SPANISH language Provider will provide direct patient care to all age ranges and will improve quality outcomes and patient satisfaction. The Provider will report to the Medical Director, and will collaboratively provide outstanding care to a multicultural patient population. Order and interpret diagnostic tests, develop treatment plans, and refer patients to specialists when needed. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, documenting medical history, assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans. Administer immunizations to prevent infectious diseases.
