Details of the Opening:
- Start Date: mid - August (Flexible)
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Coverage Type: Ongoing inpatient coverage; day and night shifts
- Night Shift: (2 FTE) / Day Shift: (1 FTE; may transition to in the fall) / Coverage varies monthly; schedule provided by facility
- Support staff: Attending physicians
- Facility Type: Academic Hospital
- Practice Setting: Inpatient Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT) / Hematology & Cellular Therapy
- EMR/Charting Software: Epic
- Avg. Daily Census: 8 12 patients
- Patient Age Group: Adult
- Procedures: Bone marrow biopsies, stem cell infusions/transfusions, admission, daily rounding, discharge planning, patient and family education, management of transplant and cellular therapy complications (GVHD, CRS, ICANS)
Requirements:
- Board Certification Required
- MO license required
- BLS required; ACLS preferred
- 1.5 2 years of inpatient Bone Marrow Transplant APP experience required
