Locums - Richmond, Virginia, Nurse Practitioner Neurovascular Surgery Opening
Clinical Role
- ASAP start with ongoing need until permanent provider is hired
- Nurse Practitioner position
- 100% inpatient Neurovascular Surgery coverage
- Adult and geriatric patients
- No call
- One provider needed
Schedule & Coverage
- 3 12-hour shifts per week
- Day shift: 7:00 am-7:00 pm
- Night shift: 7:00 pm-7:00 am
- Must have availability for night shifts
Practice Setting & Clinical Expectations
- Code stroke response
- Post-procedure inpatient care for neurointerventional surgery patients
- Neurocritical care nursing experience required
- No teaching or leadership responsibilities
- Epic EMR
Requirements & Credentialing
- AANP certification required
- Virginia license preferred
- BLS and ACLS required
- Neurocritical care nursing experience required
