Practice Highlights
-Conduct psychiatric evaluations and assessments
-Provide medication management and treatment recommendations
-Serve an adult patient population (18+)
-Work with individuals experiencing serious mental illness and intellectual/developmental disabilities
-PRN schedule with a lower-volume, assessment-focused practice. Only a couple of hours a week/month needed
-Limited psychotherapy responsibilities
-Flexible schedule
-Telehealth considered, though onsite coverage is preferred
Ideal Candidates
-PMHNP must be able to practice autonomously
-Community mental health experience preferred
-Experience with serious mental illness or developmental disability populations a plus
