A facility in Fort Morgan, CO is seeking a CRNA for coverage!

- Specific Dates Needed: Sept 4-7 (Call Only), Sept 8 - 13 x2, Oct 10 - 16, Nov 2 - 13, Nov 30 - Dec 4, Dec 18 - 25, Dec 28 - Jan 3
- Type of Cases- Endo, Ortho, OB/GYN, General, Peds (light, healthy), URO, Dental
- Spinals, Blocks, Epidurals - must be proficient- Yes
- Case Logs Required- Yes - proof of epidurals, spinals and blocks
- EMR System- EPIC
- Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days
