Number of exams rooms per provider: 4 ORs 1 GI Suite, 1 OB Suite. Typically, the volume is 50-55 cases a week

Job Responsibilities & Services offered in the practice:
Provide Anesthesia for the following service lines, General, Ortho, GI, Urology, ENT, OB. No Head/Heart. General, GI, and Ortho make up majority of cases.

Submission Requirements:
Must be within driving distance to Clinton, IA - REQUIRED
Board Certified - REQUIRED
Active IA CRNA License- REQUIRED
Must be experienced - HIGHLY PREFERRED wiling to review new graduates
Clean Malpractice /Background History - No Settled/Pending/Dismissed Case - REQUIRED - please upload NPDB (must be pulled within the last month or within 90 days)
