Reason for need: vacancies
Work at one hospital
Typical daytime schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 a.m.-3:30 p.m.
Current call rotation is 1:8, with eight full-time CRNAs employed
Group has capacity for 11 full-time CRNAs; additional hires will reduce weekend call frequency, while weekday call requirements remain the same
No-call option available; discuss associated compensation and schedule with the client
Overnight rotation: 7:30 p.m.-7:00 a.m., seven consecutive nights followed by seven days off, rotated among CRNAs
CRNAs may leave after their last case rather than remain onsite through the end of the shift
If cases continue past 11:00 p.m., the overnight CRNA takes over, and the outgoing CRNA becomes backup call
Team model with a physician anesthesiologist always available
Standard bread-and-butter hospital cases
Significant OB volume: approximately 1,600-1,800 deliveries annually
Level III trauma center; major trauma transferred to Syracuse
No neurosurgery or open-heart surgery
EMR: paper charting, transitioning to EMR

Organization Information:
Work at an independent, not-for-profit, 300-bed hospital
Listed annual compensation of $330,000, inclusive of weekend/holiday pay
Potential total compensation exceeding $400,000, including pension contributions, as outlined in the group's compensation package
Compensation figures are based on 11 full-time CRNAs; additional call beyond an individual's share may increase earnings
Call and overtime compensation:
Time-and-a-half after 3:30 p.m. when not on call
Monday-Friday call: if called in after midnight, $150 for the first two hours, followed by overtime
Friday call: $2,300 through midnight; if called in after midnight, $150 for the first two hours, followed by overtime
Saturday call: $2,900 for 24 hours
Sunday call: $2,500 for 24 hours, plus Monday off
$20,000 sign-on bonus, payable over two years; repayment required if employment ends before completing two years
Student loan reimbursement: $12,000 annually for five years, eligible after one full year of employment, with proof of payments
Relocation reimbursement up to $4,000, with receipts
401(k) profit-sharing plan with employer contributions up to 10%, subject to plan guidelines
6-8 weeks of vacation and CME time
Combined vacation and time off following overnight rotations may exceed 12 weeks; confirm scheduling details with the group
Annual CME allowance: $2,500
Group-paid malpractice, life, and disability insurance
Health and dental plans available through the group
Group-funded HSA benefit: $1,950 for single coverage or $3,900 for married/family coverage
Listed HRA buyout for employees who decline the medical plan: $1,950 single or $3,900 married/family, subject to plan terms
