Position Overview
- Specialty: Primary Care / Internal Medicine
- Schedule: 36 clinical hours per week
- Setting: Multi-specialty group with 75+ physicians and advanced practice providers
- Locations: 5 sites across the island
- Practice Environment: Collaborative, team-oriented care model
Compensation
- Base Salary: $230,000 $250,000 (2-year guarantee)
- Incentive bonus structure
- RVU-based productivity model
- Shareholdership opportunity after 2 years
