Position Highlights: - Join a dedicated Orthopedic Trauma team with experienced surgeons and APP colleagues
- Full-time opportunity with a 4-day work week
- Provide a mix of first assist, hospital-based care, and outpatient clinic responsibilities
- Support orthopedic trauma patients throughout their care journey
- Participate in on-call coverage with additional compensation for shifts
- Work in a collaborative, team-based environment focused on quality patient outcomes

- Maintain comprehensive documentation and support continuity of care

Compensation/Benefits:
- Competitive compensation: $142K - $172K annually based on experience

Qualifications:
- Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with orthopedic or trauma experience required
- Ability to obtain an active Washington State license
