Here is where things stand today:
- 4 day on/4 days off, late-night starts. This is where most of our current openings are.
- 5 days on/2 days off, start times TBD. Expected to open in about a month and a half. Start times for those routes are still being set.Here is the part worth reading twice: when a new time slot opens, we offer it to our current drivers first, in order of seniority. The driver who steps up and covers a night shift now is ahead of whoever we hire next when the seat they actually want comes open.All we need from you is to tell us your goal seat - the schedule and time slot you ultimately want. We write it down, and when that seat opens, we work the list from the top.If the only seat that works for you is one we do not have open today, tell us that too. - Only two of your resets per 8-day cycle are spent in the truck. You take the rest at home - and on a night start, a good number of those will be daytime sleep.

- Cut corners on hours of service. We track and report HOS every run.
- Need specific holidays guaranteed off. Your off-blocks rotate year-round, and we cannot guarantee the days right before or after major holidays.
- Have a complicated driving record. MVR and background standards are strict and non-negotiable.

- Valid Class A CDL, 3+ months tractor-trailer experience preferred, open to discussing other backgrounds
- At least 21 years old
- Meet eligibility requirements in MVRC (motor vehicle records check)
- Current DOT medical certificate, and able to pass a DOT physical and pre-employment drug screen
- Able to read and speak English well enough to converse with the public, understand highway traffic signs and signals, respond to official inquiries, and make entries on reports and records
- Comfortable using a company-provided phone and a range of digital applications for dispatch communication, DVIRs, HOS logging, navigation, and yard accessRefer a Driver for a $200 BonusIf you know a qualified CDL driver, have them apply and enter your email in the referral field.
