Job description

Physician (MD/DO) - Primary Care

Under the direction of the Chief Medical Officer, the Physician provides comprehensive primary care services, ensuring high-quality patient care across Ampla Health clinic locations.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary: $247,500 - $371,300 annually
  • $100,000 Sign-On Bonus (paid over 5 years)
  • Quarterly Incentive Plan
  • $5,000 Annual Board Certification Stipend
  • $5,000 Annual CME Allowance
  • FTCA Malpractice Coverage
  • License & DEA Renewal Reimbursement
  • 4-6 Weeks PTO Based on Tenure
