What You ll Do: - Support occupational health services in a busy occupational health clinic.
- Collaborate with clinical staff on patient and workers' compensation case management.
- Conduct evaluations and provide treatment for work-related injuries and illnesses.
- Manage work restrictions and return-to-work evaluations.
- Perform procedures such as joint injections, aspirations, suturing, splinting, and vaccinations.
- Interpret diagnostic tests including PFTs, labs, and imaging.
- Develop treatment plans and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
What You Need: - Active Michigan license and DEA registration
- Board Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- BLS and DOT/FMCSA certifications
- Minimum of 2 years clinical experience in occupational medicine or related field
- Key skills: injury management, musculoskeletal treatment, medication prescribing, diagnostic interpretation, work restrictions, and case management
Preferred: - Experience with occupational injury and illness management
- Proficiency in EMR systems, specifically OHM
- Ability to perform joint injections, aspiration, suturing, and other procedures
