A well-established, physician-owned ENT practice in northeast Indiana is seeking a
Head & Neck Surgical Oncologist to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a fellowship-trained surgeon to step into a strong regional referral base while working alongside an experienced Head & Neck Surgical Oncologist.
The practice serves a broad geographic region encompassing northern Indiana, northwest Ohio, and southern Michigan and manages a significant volume of complex head and neck cancer cases.
Position Highlights

- 3-year pathway to ownership/partnership
- Join an experienced, fellowship-trained Head & Neck Surgical Oncologist
- Opportunity for candidates with or without microvascular reconstructive training
- Broad case mix including:
- Mucosal head and neck malignancies
- Salivary gland tumors
- Thyroid cancer
- Skin cancers
- Transoral robotic surgery (TORS)
- Complex head and neck oncology
- Strong established regional referral network
- Dedicated clinical and surgical support staff
- On-site Speech-Language Pathology support
- NP/PA support for inpatient rounding
- 1:12 call schedule
- No trauma call
- Collaborative environment with a large, established ENT group
