Family Practice - Without OB Physician

This is a great locums opportunity for a physician to work Monday-Friday, no late clinic, no call and no after-hours charting.
Clinic setting
Patient Population: Full-spectrum family medicine; babies to retirees. If Internal Medicine, they can see 18+ and the FNPs can see the pedi patients. % Outpatient vs Inpatient: 100% out-patient Average # of Patients Per Day: 8-14 Trauma Level Designation: N/A Required Duties, Procedures, Skills, etc: Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions, Perform comprehensive physical examinations, Develop individualized treatment plans, Promote wellness and preventive care, Coordinate specialty referrals when appropriate, Order and interpret diagnostic testing, Participate in quality improvement initiatives EMR/Documentation: Elation Additional Notes: We work in a true value-based care model; no fee for service and no RVUs.
