Otolaryngologist (ENT Physician) - Private Practice with Partnership Track Georgia

  • Excellent Work-Life Balance : Extremely light 1:2 call rotation - minimal call burden compared to hospital-employed positions.
  • Growth & Leadership Potential : Expand and lead allergy services (already 30%+ of practice revenue) and/or implement Inspire therapy for sleep apnea (full training support provided if desired).

Compensation & Benefits Package

  • Guaranteed Year 1 Salary : $450,000+ base
  • Proven Partner Earnings : $600,000+ potential as partner (performance-based)
  • Sign-On Bonus : $25,000
  • Full Benefits : Comprehensive health, dental, vision insurance; malpractice coverage including tail; 401(k) with employer match
  • Generous Time Off : 40+ days annually (PTO + CME + every-other-week administrative day + half-day Fridays)

Candidate Qualifications

  • MD or DO degree required
  • Board Eligible or Board Certified in Otolaryngology (ENT)
  • All experience levels encouraged - new graduates and practicing otolaryngologists welcome
  • Visa Status : Visa candidates are not eligible for sponsorship
