3 or 4-Day Workweek Remote Work Option Academic Engagement Available


Join a mission-driven cancer program in Saginaw, Michigan offering exceptional practice flexibility, manageable volume, and options for academic involvement. This opportunity allows you to customize your schedule between 3-day, 4-day, or hybrid work models while practicing with comprehensive clinical support.


Practice Details:


  • Collaborative cancer care team, including oncologists, nurse practitioners, and experienced support staff
  • Choice of practice location in Saginaw or Sault Ste. Marie with flexible coverage models
  • Average daily volume of 10 to 15 patients with access to on-site infusion centers and multidisciplinary tumor boards
  • The program supports both community-based care and academic engagement, including teaching, research, and education


Schedule:


  • Flexible three or four-day workweek options
  • Hybrid models available with the option for some remote work
  • Mix of outpatient clinic and inpatient rounding with a minimal call structure
  • Opportunities to participate in teaching, research, or education based on interest


Compensation & Benefits:


  • Generous base salary with additional wRVU incentive opportunities

Candidate Profile:


  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hematology and Oncology
  • Comfortable managing a mix of hematologic and solid tumor cases
