Outpatient Psychiatry-Oregon

Hospital-employed position
seeking a compassionate, flexible, and team-oriented BE/BC Psychiatrist to join a growing and supportive care team
Competitive total compensation of $385,000+, including RVU bonus potential and quality incentives up to $45,000 annually, Commencement bonus of $30k, $8,000 annual CME, licensing, dues, subscription + paid CME time
Schedule: Four 10 hour days per week, full-time, permanent.
Integrated outpatient Behavioral Health Primary Care clinic
Join 2 full-time physicians, 2 full-time nurse practitioners, and a team of LCSWs
Average of 14-18 patients per day
1:1 clinical support staff; team-shared phone call coverage (for established patients only)
EMR: EPIC

Population: 35,000
