Locums - Prescott, Arizona, NP/PA Neurology Opening
Clinical Role
- Adult outpatient Neurology coverage
- Approximately 25 patients per day
- Coverage needed due to overflow
- Consults and established patient visits
- Botox for migraines if appropriately credentialed
- EMG and EEG responsibilities
Schedule & Coverage
- Monday-Thursday: 8:00 am-4:30 pm
- Friday: 8:00 am-12:00 pm
- Friday administrative time: 12:00 pm-4:00 pm
- Paid lunch: 12:00 pm-1:00 pm
- Ongoing coverage anticipated beginning February as additional schedules are released

- January 4-8

Practice Setting & Support
- Outpatient Neurology clinic
- MA support
- Cerner EMR
- All candidates must complete an EMR questionnaire
Requirements & Credentialing
- Nurse Practitioners: AANP or ANCC certification required
- Physician Assistants: NCCPA certification required
- Arizona license required
- NP compact candidates accepted with LOQ in hand at time of submission
- ACLS and BLS highly preferred; must be willing to obtain during credentialing
