Practice Overview
- Exclusive coverage for an 18-bed Level II NICU (1.1 miles from a Level III partner).
- Full clinical scope: NICU care, high-risk deliveries, prenatal consults, and newborn exams.
- Strong collaboration with NNPs, Pediatric Hospitalists, Respiratory Therapists, and OB Hospitalists.
Schedule
- 24-hour in-house shifts (no traditional home call).
- Choose between a guaranteed 48- or 60-hour workweek.
- Evenly split weekends ( 28% of shifts) and holidays. Optional extra shifts available.
Compensation & Benefits
- 3-year employed position with highly competitive, board-aligned pay and annual commitment bonuses.
- Shift incentives: 110% base for extra shifts; 200% base for holidays/emergencies.
- $60,000 sign-on bonus plus full relocation assistance.
- Up to 270 hours PTO annually with twice-yearly buyback options.
- Full benefits: $5k CME allowance, occurrence malpractice coverage, health/dental/vision, and 401(k) with 3.5% match.
