• 24-hour rate includes approximately 6 8 hours of onsite coverage
• Clinic Hours: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
• Shared call coverage with another provider
• Call is primarily offsite
• Response time expectations:
30 minutes for emergency consultations
12 hours for routine consultations
• Average callback frequency: 1 2 times per week
• Most common reason for callback: Active GI bleeding
Coverage Requirements • Client is open to two providers alternating weeks but strongly prefers one consistent provider
• APP support provided

Work Details • Average Procedures Per Day:
• Patient Population: Complex and often non-compliant patients; family involvement in appointments is common
• Culture: Pleasant and supportive environment
• Providers with strong communication and relationship-building skills are highly preferred
Required Procedures General GI:
• Upper Endoscopies (EGD)
• Colonoscopies
Advanced Procedures:
• ERCP required (mid-level/moderate complexity)
• EMR not required
Additional Procedures Performed • Esophageal, duodenal, and luminal stent placement
• Argon plasma coagulation
• Biopsies of the esophagus, stomach, small bowel, and colon
• Colonoscopy with or without polypectomy
• Diagnostic and therapeutic EGD
• Enteral alimentation
• Esophageal dilation (balloon, bougie, or Savary with guidewire)
• Foreign body removal via EGD
• Flexible sigmoidoscopy
• GI motility studies and 24-hour pH monitoring
• Non-variceal hemostasis (upper and lower GI)
• Percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy (PEG)
• ERCP
Pay on 1099: Daily Pay: $5,500 (to include 8 hrs clinical coverage and night call)
Pay includes ( Flights, Lodging and Rental Car)
Call Back: $520/hr
