What You ll Do
- Provide specialized obstetrics and gynecology care to female patients, primarily of childbearing age
- Support staff, including collaborating with certified nurse-midwives (CNMs) for patient care
- Conduct and assist with C-sections and other procedures as needed
- Manage patient cases during 24-hour call shifts in a hospital setting
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and medical standards
- Document care using Meditech EMR system
- Participate in quality improvement efforts and patient education
What You Need
- Required:
- Active Florida Medical License
- Board Certification in OB/GYN
- Minimum of 2 years recent full-scope OB/GYN experience
- DEA registration (Florida-based)
- Comfort working with CNMs
- Preferred:
- Emergency privileges acceptance
