Family Medicine Physician - Hybrid - South Chicago, IL

Practice Highlights

  • FQHC primary care setting
  • Full-time
  • Hybrid schedule with in-person and remote care
  • Standard hours 8:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m.
  • Thursdays 10:00 a.m.-7:00 p.m.
  • One Saturday per month, 8:30 a.m.-2:00 p.m.

Compensation & Benefits

  • $268K-$300K base salary
  • Loan repayment eligible
  • Medical and dental coverage
  • 401(k) with employer match
  • CME time + $2,500 CME allowance

Qualifications

  • BE/BC Family Medicine
  • Illinois medical license or eligibility
