Coverage Dates

Aug 28, 7:00 AM Aug 31, 7:00 AM: 24-hour call
Oct 5, 7:00 AM Oct 9, 5:00 PM: Monday Friday (7:00 AM 4:00 PM) + weeknight beeper call

Requirements

NPDB Self Querry ( Must be pulled within 30 days)
Board Certified or truly Board Eligible in Interventional Cardiology
Pennsylvania license or IMLC Letter of Qualification (LOQ)
DEA required
ACLS, BLS

Credentialing

Approximately 120 days if not already credentialed with WellSpan
Temporary privileges available for providers with a clean file.

Pay on 1099:
Orientation Rate: $100/hr
Hourly Rate: $450/hr
Night call rate: $550/Night
24 hr call Rate: $3500/day
Gratis - 4 hours
Call Back rate: $470/hr

Covering Travel + Lodging + Rentals + Malpractice.
