The organization provides a broad continuum of services, including primary healthcare, behavioral health, early childhood education, employment and training programs, housing support, and food assistance.
About the Opportunity
- Join a well-established, community-based health system with multiple locations statewide
- Serve a diverse patient population through integrated, team-based care
- 100% outpatient position
- Light call rotation (approximately once every 6-7 weeks)
- Collaborative care team including Pediatricians, Nurse Practitioners, Behavioral Health Clinicians, a Psychiatric NP, and a Midwife
- Strong emphasis on work-life balance with flexible scheduling
- 32 clinical hours and 8 administrative hours per week (administrative work can be completed remotely)
- Capped patient panel
- Manageable pace with an expectation of approximately 3 patients per hour
