Millennium Medical Group is seeking a Neonatologist to join our growing practice at HCA Houston Healthcare Northwest in Houston, Texas. Become part of a collaborative team dedicated to delivering high-quality, evidence-based neonatal care.
Our physicians work closely with hospital staff and specialists to provide a patient-centered approach focused on the health and well-being of newborns and their families. Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive medical care to newborns in a Level III NICU, including premature and critically ill infants
- Attend high-risk deliveries and perform neonatal resuscitation as indicated
- Diagnose, treat, and manage a broad range of neonatal conditions
- Perform neonatal procedures within scope of practice
- Collaborate with pediatricians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary team members
- Communicate effectively with families regarding clinical status and treatment plans
- Document patient care accurately and in compliance with regulatory standards
- Participate in shared call coverage and team-based responsibilities
Ideal Candidate
- Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine
- Strong clinical expertise in NICU care
- Commitment to collaborative, team-based practice
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Dedication to high-quality, evidence-based medicine
