An established orthopedic practice in the
Boston area is seeking an experienced
Orthopedic Physician Assistant to join a collaborative Spine team.
Position Highlights:
- Full-time outpatient-only position
- Join an established Spine team with two fellowship-trained Physiatrists
- Focus on evaluation and treatment of spine disorders
- Work collaboratively with orthopedic physicians and a multidisciplinary team
- No call
- No long-term opioid therapy management
- Day shift with varied schedules of 7 a.m. 4 p.m. or 7:30 a.m. 4:30 p.m.
- Personalized approach to every patient
- Strong team-oriented culture focused on quality and comprehensive care
Qualifications:
- 2 5 years of Orthopedic Spine or Pain Medicine experience preferred
- Graduate of an approved Physician Assistant program
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
- Current, valid Massachusetts PA license
- Massachusetts Controlled Substance Registration (CSR)
- Federal DEA registration
Compensation & Benefits:
- Up to 24 days of paid time off
- Up to 3 personal holidays
- Up to 1 week of paid CME time annually
- Up to $1,500 CME reimbursement per calendar year
- Licensure renewal fee reimbursement
