The AM Breakfast Cook reviews the pre-set menu to understand the offerings, utilizing a variety of cooking techniques, plates the food, and hands it to the Breakfast Servers. The Breakfast Cook must follow all instructions from the Executive Chef to ensure the kitchen runs smoothly and that our guests are completely satisfied with their order. Our perfect candidate has significant food production and culinary experience.

The Front Desk Agent's duties are to answer phones, respond to emails, perform basic clerical duties, book reservations, handle customer inquiries, and positively solve any problems that may arise.

The Night Auditor is responsible for the overnight audit process and accounting functions such as daily reporting of revenues and accounts payables, transaction audits and verifications, and preparation of final statements for the next day's check-outs.
