A well-established community hospital system in New York is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join an established primary care team. This opportunity is available due to a physician retirement, allowing the incoming physician to step into a well-supported practice with an existing patient base and strong community demand.
Physicians practice in a modern Primary Care Center completed in 2020, designed to support efficient patient care and collaborative teamwork.

Care Team
- 3 Internal Medicine Physicians
- 4 Family Medicine Advanced Practice Providers
- 1 Internal Medicine Nurse Practitioner
- 1 Physician Assistant
Clinical Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
- Coordinate care with specialty providers
- Participate in shared physician call coverage
Schedule
- Monday - Friday outpatient clinic schedule
- Clinic hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
- Average 20 patients per day
- Structured schedule designed to support work-life balance
Call
Shared call coverage among physician colleagues:
- 1 weekend call approximately every other month
- 3 weekday call nights during alternating months
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary
- $260,000 - $300,000+ depending on experience
- Based on MGMA benchmarks
Productivity Compensation
Production Bonus
- Paid quarterly
- Up to $5,000 per quarter
- Based on exceeding the 50th percentile productivity benchmark
