COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Primary Care Physician (FM, IM, BCGM) - Up to $300K+ annual salary
- $50K Signing bonus

RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILS Primary Care Physician (FM, IM, BCGM) - 100% Outpatient - primary focus on Geriatrics patient-population
- Preventative care focus on Chronic conditions to reduce hospitalization
- Well trusted, Physician-lead healthcare org. with over 120+ locations in 15 states
- Patient-focused, small patient panel - 450 patients max
- Monday - Friday shift-schedule; No Weekend, No Call
- Dedicated care team for full PCP support, as well as Onsite lab, Pharmacy, and X-Ray
