Physician Primary CareLocation: Mansfield, OH 44905Duration: Minimum 6 months Schedule: Day Shift (40 hours per week )Work Schedule: Weekday schedule with flexible start and end times based on facility needs Patient Volume: Up to 2.5 patients per hour Position SummaryWe are seeking a board-certified (or board-eligible) Physician with primary care experience to provide comprehensive medical services in a healthcare setting. Candidates with a background in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Emergency Medicine are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities• Provide comprehensive primary care services.
• Conduct patient evaluations, physical examinations, and medical assessments.
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Order, interpret, and review diagnostic tests and laboratory results.
• Prescribe and manage medications.
• Complete patient evaluations and required medical reviews.
• Refer patients for specialty care when appropriate.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record (EHR).
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and peer review activities.
• Follow established clinical policies, procedures, and standards of care.
Minimum Qualifications• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
• Active Ohio Medical License.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in:
o Internal Medicine
o Family Medicine
o Emergency Medicine
• Experience in primary care required.
• Current Healthcare Provider BLS/CPR certification.
• Active DEA Registration.
