- Average Annual Pay: $70,000 with highest performing drivers earning $100,000+
- Average Mileage - 2,000-3,000 per week
- CPM: 70
- Includes:
- 5 CPM for Safety
- 5 CPM for Fuel
- 5 CPM for Performance / On-Time (eligible after 2,550 miles)

- Penske maintenance Qualifications
- Must be at least 23 years of age
- Must have CDL A license
- Must have a minimum of 2-years verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience with a clean driving record
- Preferred no more than 3 jobs in the last 1 year
- No DUI/DWIs in last 5 years
- Meet company & insurance requirements
- Acceptable MVR and PSP
- Safe driving history
- Reliable and professional
- Must meet Department of Transportation (DOT) testing and physical requirements and be knowledgeable of DOT regulations
- Must be able to pass a required pre-employment drug screen
- Hiring drives within 100 miles of Little Rock, AR
