Virtual Cardiology Nurse Practitioner (FT) - REMOTE
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Virtual Cardiology Nurse Practitioner to join our team on a full-time remote basis. As a Virtual Cardiology Nurse Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing remote patient care, including assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients with cardiovascular conditions.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct remote patient assessments and develop care plans
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests related to cardiology
- Prescribe appropriate medications and treatments
- Provide patient education and counseling on cardiovascular health
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Requirements:
- Valid Nurse Practitioner license
- Board certification in Cardiology
- Proven experience as a Nurse Practitioner in Cardiology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
- Strong computer skills and familiarity with telehealth technologies
