License:
California License - Required (willing to obtain accepted)
CA Fluoro Certification - Required or in progress

Board Status: Board Certified or Board Eligible (within 3 years of residency) - RequiredTraining Requirements
- Fellowship: Female Urology - Required
Certifications
- ACLS - Required
Practice Details
- EMR: Epic
