Compensation: $160,000 $187,300 annually + Management Incentive PlanPosition Overview:We are seeking an experienced Director of Clinical Services (Hospice) to oversee nursing operations, clinical care quality, and patient services for a hospice program. This leadership role is responsible for managing clinical staff, ensuring regulatory compliance, maintaining high standards of patient care, and supporting organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead, supervise, and support nursing and clinical staff
- Ensure delivery of safe, high-quality hospice care
- Monitor clinical outcomes and implement performance improvement initiatives
- Maintain compliance with state and federal hospice regulations
- Oversee staffing, recruitment, training, and performance management
- Ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation and patient care plans
- Support operational planning, budgeting, and program development
Qualifications:- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in California
- BSN required
- Minimum 3 years of management experience
- 2+ years hospice clinical experience required
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Experience with regulatory compliance and clinical performance improvement preferred
