What You ll Do
- Respond to code stroke activations, providing critical inpatient care for neurointerventional patients
- Assist with post-procedure patient management on inpatient units
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a hospital setting
- Document patient care accurately using EPIC EMR system
- Support neurovascular surgery team during clinical procedures and patient recovery
- Ensure adherence to hospital protocols and safety standards
What You Need
Required: - Active Nurse Practitioner license in Virginia or willingness to obtain
- Prior experience in neurointerventional or acute inpatient care
- Ability to work night shifts and flexible scheduling
Preferred: - Certifications in ACLS, PALS, NRP
- Strong clinical assessment and patient management skills
About the Assignment
This assignment is with a leading hospital in Richmond, VA, providing inpatient neurointerventional surgery services. The role focuses on supporting stroke response and patient care post-procedure, within a dynamic hospital environment committed to patient-centered care.
