Job description

  • Coverage Needed:
    • October 14-16, 2023 and December 22-27, 2023
    • Ongoing dates
  • Clinical Information:
    • 24 hour in-house coverage with after hour call coverage
    • EMR: Epic
    • Daily Patient Volume: 5
    • Consults and Rounding
    • Support: Mid-Level hospital support
  • Required:
    • Board Certified or Board Eligible
    • Active Georgia state license or ability to get licensure
    • DEA must remain in state to maintain privileges.Provider must be willing transfer and maintain DEA in state for the duration of privileges being active, or obtain a new in state DEA to remain in state for the duration of privileges being active
    • Current Flu Vaccine
    • Must be fully vaccinated for Covid 19
      • Exemptions only allowed for religious or medical reasons, once approved by the facility.
