What You ll Do: - Provide intraoperative patient care as a circulator and scrub nurse across various specialties
- Assist with orthopedic, sports medicine, and robotic procedures, including MAKO surgeries
- Manage cases in general, cataracts, spine (Kyphoplasty), GYN, and pain management
- Prepare OR rooms and equipment, ensuring sterility and readiness
- Collaborate closely with surgical teams to deliver exceptional patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow safety protocols
What You Need: - Current RN license in Texas (or willing to obtain)
- BLS certification required; ACLS/PALS preferred
- Minimum 1 year of OR experience, with strong background in orthopedic and robotic surgeries
- Exceptional communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced surgical environment
