This is a rare opportunity for a dual-degree OMS surgeon with a focus on facial trauma, reconstruction, head & neck/maxillofacial oncology, and microvascular surgery. The practice offers immediate surgical volume, strong APP support, significant autonomy, and opportunities for research.
Opportunity Highlights
Up to $580,000 Base salary + 50K Sign on Bonus + 10K relocation
2-year salary guarantee, followed by an RVU-based compensation model
Realistic earning potential of $750,000$850,000 once fully productive
Approximately 95% OR-based
Hospital moving from Level 2 to Level 1 Trauma designation
Established referral base and broad reconstructive/oncologic case mix
The ideal candidate will be comfortable with:
Craniomaxillofacial trauma and reconstruction
Microvascular reconstruction
Head & neck/maxillofacial oncology
Benign maxillofacial pathology
Ablative surgery
Schedule & Call
Initial call expectation of 710 days/month, with a long-term goal of approximately 1 week/month (1:4)
APPs manage first call and trauma triage
Trauma service is primarily consultative
