ResponsibilitiesProvide inpatient and outpatient Hematology/Oncology services, dedicating approximately 90% of time to direct patient care.Evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute and complex hematologic and oncologic conditions.Develop and implement comprehensive, evidence-based treatment plans.Perform clinical consultations and manage patient care within the oncology and infusion clinic setting.Coordinate care with multidisciplinary healthcare teams, specialists, and supportive care staff.Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation in accordance with VA health system policies.
