We are seeking a Board-Certified Family Medicine Physician to join our thriving outpatient practice in Modesto, Californiaa charming community with easy access to major metro areas.
Opportunity Highlights - $320,000 guaranteed salary for a 4-day work week
- $50,000 sign-on bonus
- $40,000 annual retention bonus for up to 5 years (total $200,000)
- Option to receive up front if desired
- 100% outpatient position NO call required
- Manageable patient volume
- EMR: Athena
- 4 weeks vacation + 1 week CME
- Up to $20,000 relocation assistance
