Psychiatry Physician

We are seeking a dedicated Psychiatric Physician who is passionate about delivering high-quality outpatient care to join a collaborative and integrative clinical team. The Psychiatric Physician will provide comprehensive mental health care using a whole-person, integrative approach. The role emphasizes clinical autonomy, interdisciplinary collaboration, and access to advanced treatment modalities, allowing providers to focus on delivering exceptional patient care.

The practice follows an integrative psychiatry approach, focusing on treating the whole person and optimizing overall well-being. Services may include interventional treatments, structured outpatient programs, and coordination with a broader network of mental health providers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and assessments
• Diagnose and treat a range of mental health conditions, including depression, bipolar disorder, ADHD, anxiety disorders, and co-occurring substance use disorders
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans
• Regularly evaluate patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
• Prescribe and manage medications, monitoring effectiveness and side effects
• Provide supportive therapy and coordinate referrals for specialized psychotherapy (e.g., CBT, DBT)
• Deliver and oversee interventional treatments such as Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) and IV Ketamine when appropriate
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team including psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, psychologists, and therapists
• Order and review laboratory tests and other diagnostic assessments to support integrated care
• Supervise Advanced Practice Providers (APPs), with protected time allocated for mentorship and oversight
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
