Job description

Growing Children's Hospital in West Texas is seeking a Pediatric Ophthalmologist to build its first program. The incoming Pediatric Ophthalmologist will have the autonomy to structure the practice and schedule according to his or her preferences!

Incoming provider is given autonomy to build program to his or her preference
1 full dedicated administrative day
Not required, but there is an opportunity to work as an academician
Unique Research Opportunities available with monthly mission-oriented programs that are well-attended across multiple specialties
Hospital Leadership is fully committed to providing the tools, equipment and resources to ensure the success of the program
Local general Ophthalmologists in community willing to collaborate
Generous Salary - based on experience (up to 75th percentile MGMA)
