Full-time CRNA Locums Job in Michigan Start November 2 - Ongoing

Assignment Details :
Monday through Friday, 7AM-3:30PM
Looking for a provider to Orient Nov 2nd.
Operating Room Inpatient and Outpatient
Cases/Procedures: General Surgery, Orthopedics, Urology, OBGYN, Cataracts, Endoscopies (Experience with spinals preferred)
AHA BLS, AH ACLS, AHA PALS, and NBCRNA required
Active Michigan License required
Team care model
Must be able to produce case logs - 75 within 12 months and 1-2 years of experience
EMR: EPIC
