Job description

  • Put your experience to work managing medically complex patients, recognizing subtle changes and addressing concerns before they become hospital transfers.
  • Follow the full clinical story as you perform examinations, establish treatment plans, manage medications and monitor each patient's progress.
  • Bring variety to your day with patient education, preventive care, injections, suturing, wound management and other hands-on procedures.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses and facility professionals while serving as a go-to clinical resource for patients, families and the care team.
